We are a church that lives to AMPLIFY the beauty of Jesus into a broken world.
- we don't settle for surface relationships
- we should be able to love with the beauty of Jesus in a loveless world despite whether we are different or alike.
- we take time to serve those in our church and in our world, those who have found life difficult, and those who need Jesus.
- we want to be a group of people who live sent into the world to make a difference
We AMPLIFY 5 things in the life of the Church:
1- We Worship
Our Weekend Worship Experience are often the initial starting point for most of those who eventually call Amplify Church home. Worship for us includes music, a message that makes sense but is still challenging, prayer, times of communion, and ways to get involved.
2- We Connect
C-groups are the backbone of Amplify. These groups meet in homes throughout the week in Raleigh, Garner, Clayton, & Willow Spring. We would love to help you find a place to connect. This is how a church becomes your church home. We also have connect points for kids, teens, young adults, and older adults. Our softball, basketball, & golf groups also give you a way to be known and have some fun at the same time.
3- We Reach Out
Globally & locally, service to others is an essential for Amplify. Outside the USA we currently work with organizations like Nazarene Missions International (globally) and send missions trips abroad to Belize. Locally we work with organizations like iChoose and local schools to give back to those who serve our communities.
4- We love our Kids, Youth, and Young Adults
Your kids matter to us. Amplify's main avenue for ministry to children happens on Sunday morning during Amplify Kids. Service is at 10:30. Come 15 minutes early to check and get comfortable. The first Sunday of every month we have AMPED Kids family service which starts at 9:30 and is a place where kids bring their parents to a fun service. We use Orange curriculum and tailor lessons to each age group. You can also download Parent Cue App to learn more about Orange. We are big on partnering with parents.
Your teen matters to us. Fusion Student Ministry sits together on Sunday morning in worship, has meetings on Wednesday night at 7:00-8:00 with food, music, and a message your teen probably needs to hear. Fun events, camps, and retreats also fill the calendar to ensure a teenager has options to learn and grow. We are big on partnering with parents.
Our young adult group exists to help 18-28 year olds find meaningful community in the season of life where college, career, and "adulting" are expected. Big trips and c-group meetings give them options to connect.
5- We develop volunteers & leaders
Amplify works to equip people to live out their purposes with God. We encourage involvement in ministry. 100's of volunteers and leaders serve our church to make it what it is today.
